Est. 1977

Welcome to The Raptor Centre, the largest bird of prey centre in London, UK.
Since its foundation in 1977, by the late Eddie Hare, The Raptor Centre has worked tirelessly
to educate the public on the amazing birds we work with every day.
We offer standard experiences for all ages and are always happy to discuss
specific requirements or ideas.
Since 2019, we are now based in Hobbledown, Epsom, where you can visit the birds
in their brand new aviaries. Our twice daily flying demonstrations are included in your entry fee.
If you would like to partake in one of our experiences, tickets to Hobbledown are not required, unless you want to explore Hobbledown before or after your experience.
Welcome!

The Team

Project Lugger
Project Lugger was set up by three UK falconers in an attempt to halt the rapid decline of the Lugger Falcon (Falco jugger) across the entire range of its natural habitats.
The Raptor Centre is proud to be a part of this conservation effort.
